"I had a smooth time..."
I had a smooth time using Brownells.com. I found the parts I needed without having to dig around forever, and checkout was nice and simple. The filters Helped a lot too, honestly. Didn’t really run into any issues, so overall it was an Easy experience.

"Pretty solid, I guess"
I ordered a few gun parts from brownells, they were better than I was kind of expecting. The quality seemed solid, everything fit the way it should, and the packaging was fine enough. Shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, so that was mildly annoying, but nothing was actually wrong. I’d probably order from them again.

"Shipping was "kinda slow""
It took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, so that was a little frustrating. Not a huge deal, but the shipping definitely felt "slower than expected."

I was expecting brownells to have more options, but a bunch of the parts I was looking for either weren’t there or only had one choice. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just kind of disappointing when I was trying to find that specific setup and it didn’t really come together

My brownells order came in packed nicely. The box had a bit of wear from shipping, but everything inside was secure and nothing was rattling around. They probably could’ve used a little less filler, if that makes sense, but overall I didn’t have any issues

I was in a good mood when I saw the prices because they were better than most other places I checked. The parts showed up and fit just fine, so no complaints there. Shipping did kind of take the shine off a bit since it wasn’t the cheapest, but overall I still feel like I got a fair deal

I ordered a few small parts from Brownells, and to be fair, the inventory info was mostly accurate. Everything I picked actually shipped, which I appreciated since I’ve had other sites take the order and then cancel items later.

One item took longer to update in tracking, and when I tried to figure out what was going on, I kind of felt ignored for a bit. It did eventually show up, so it wasn’t a huge problem, just a little frustrating. Not perfect, but still good overall. 4 stars from me.

The return process was easy enough, honestly. I had to wait a bit for the refund to show up, which was kind of annoying, but it did come through in the end. Packaging it back up was fine too, nothing too complicated. Overall, not bad.

"Order Was Wrong"
I’m giving 2 stars because the box did at least show up on time, but the actual order wasn’t right. I got something I never ordered, and one of the items I did order was missing. I had to email support and wait for them to fix it, which was just annoying when the whole point is to get what you paid for the first time. They replied, but it felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages, which made it more frustrating. I just wanted the correct order, not a copy-and-paste apology

"Felt misled by the slow tech support"
I expected better based on what they made it sound like. Tech support took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, it wasn’t very helpful. I felt kind of misled because I thought I’d be getting quicker, more useful help.
